  • Passport

  • Proof of Billing

  • Employment Contract with DMW Stamp

  • OEC

  • Working Visa

  • Airline Ticket

  • Proof of Relationship to Co-Maker

CO-MAKER

  • 21-59 years old

    • if married, spouse or child​

    • if single, parent or sibling

    • if live-in partner, with dependents​

  • 2 valid government IDs

  • Proof of Relationship

    • Birth Certificate​

    • Marriage Certificate

  • Proof of Billing

REQUIREMENTS for SEAFARERS

BORROWER

  • Current Contract & OEC

  • 2 Valid government IDs

  • Proof of Billing

  • Passport & Seamans Book

  • Sea Service (or seaman’s book with stamps)

  • Medical

  • Flight Details (if available)

  • Proof of Relationship to Co-Maker

CO-MAKER

  • 21-59 years old

    • if married, spouse or child​

    • if single, parent or sibling

    • if live-in partner, with dependents​

  • 2 valid government IDs

  • Proof of Relationship

    • Birth Certificate​

    • Marriage Certificate

  • Proof of Billing
